LANGUAGE ARTS

We are now in the final unit of the year -- our multicultural literature unit!  The students have chosen their groups (literature circles), and they are busy reading the books that their circles selected.  A choice of two projects is offered.  Students have been given calendars to schedule their reading, their SSR time, their discussion time and their project time.  Project rehearsals are on June 2.  The book needs to be read and the project needs to be completed before that date.  Project presentations begin June 3.
