Class meets two times per six-day cycle for a full year.
The curriculum will consist of learning and growth in physical education activities through the mastery of the basics (basic movement refined by the qualities of various factors of fitness) in both team and individual sports (lacrosse, hockey, softball, gymnastics, soccer, track and field, dance, interactive games, and volleyball). Students will also be introduced to the elements of fitness and exercise through the safe use of exercise equipment in the fitness room, as well as through fitness testing. Additionally, the students will participate in cooperative activities, including climbing a rock wall.
