Hands Across the District
If you have not already done so and would like to volunteer some time at Indian Crest events as the need arises, use the link below to download, complete, print and return an Indian Crest Hands Across the District Volunteer Application:

  Completed applications should be marked "Hands" and sent to Indian Crest's main office - 139 Harleysville Pike, Souderton.

1. State law requires that all volunteers who have direct contact with students and staff are screened for tuberculosis.
   1. If you have been tested at another school in the Souderton Area School District, please note the year and school on your application.
   2. If you have been tested by a private physician, please obtain a copy of the test results and forward it with your application.
   3. If you have not been tested recently, testing will be provided by the school district at no cost to you this fall. Please note this on your application and you will be contacted with testing dates and times.

2. Our preferred method of contacting volunteers as needs arise will be via e-mail. This is the most time efficient and least intrusive way for us to communicate with you therefore it is imperative that you provide us with an e-mail address that is readily accessible to you. If you do not have e-mail, please note that on your application and we will make every effort to contact you by phone.
