8th Grade Celebration - June 11th

We are excited to celebrate the 8th grade class! The 8th Grade BBQ will be Friday, June 11th, 10:45 AM to 12:45 PM. If it rains, we will have a backup plan for an inside event. We are hopeful that we will be able to have the entire event outside.

General Reminders:

  • Students are encouraged to wear their 8th grade shirt.
  • Students are also allowed to bring a blanket to sit on while outside.
  • If a student has an outdoor/yard game they would like to bring to share with their classmates, they may.

SAOA Students:

  • 8th Grade SAOA students are invited to join us.
  • Drop off is 10:45 at the gate of the football field.
  • Pickup is beginning at 12:30 at the gate of the football field. All SAOA students should be picked up no later than 12:45 so we can dismiss the entire school at 1:00.
    Volunteers (if you signed up to volunteer):
  • Please report at 10:00 to assist with set-up.
  • Please check in at the main office prior to reporting to the football field.


  • If you signed up to donate any items on sign-up genius, they can be sent into the main office.
    • If it is a non-perishable food item, it can be sent into the main office anytime.
    • If it is perishable, it can be brought to the main office Friday morning.
