2020-2021 Welcome Back Letter

Good afternoon!

We are excited to welcome our students back to the 2020-21 school year!   

Schedules 

On Wednesday, September 2, at 4:00PM, schedules will be available on Home Access Center.  If a student reviews their schedule and finds an error, or believes they may be scheduled incorrectly, please email your child’s counselor.

Devices 

Students will receive their device on September 8 (A-L) or September 9 (M-Z).  You can complete the agreement and payment online or send it with your child on their first day.  The link below has additional information regarding computer distribution.

Orientation Week and Schedule

Our first week we will focus on preparing students to have a successful and safe school year.   

The schedule for Orientation Week is:

Tuesday, September 8 – Students Last Name A-L report, follow A Day 

Wednesday, September 9 – Students Last Name M-Z report, follow A Day 

Thursday, September 10 – Students Last Name A-L report, follow B Day 

Friday, September 11 – Students Last Name M-Z report, follow B Day

Drop Off and Pick Up Procedures 

Our official school day is 7:40-2:45. Our doors open for students in the morning at 7:25 AM.  Please see the link below for pick-up and drop-off procedures.

Supplies

There are no required middle school supply lists.  Students each have their own device which reduces the need for some school supplies.  The list below is recommended, students can also use what works best for them.  We suggest sending a back up mask in the case a student needs to change their mask during the day.

Back-to-School Night

Back-to School Night will be virtual this year.  We will post Asynchronous Videos on September 17.  Parents will be able to view them at their conveniences. 

Picture Day 

We will have picture day on September 15 & 17.  More information will be sent.
