8th Grade Activities - May / June 2025

It is hard to believe that we are in the final stretch of the school year.  Listed below are 8th grade specific activities.

• 8th Grade Dance - Friday, May 9th, 7:00-9:00PM
  The 8th grade dance takes place in the Cafeteria.  It is an exciting event and the theme this year is Under the Stars.  The cost for entry is $5 and tickets will be sold during lunches.  The dance is a dress up dance.  Students typically wear dresses, skirts, dress pants, button-down shirt/tie, golf shirt.  We are looking for volunteers who can help during the dance or donate food items.  If you can help, please sign up on this link, 8th Grade Dance.   Thank you!
   
• 8th Grade Honor Roll Dinner - Thursday, May 22nd, 6:30PM
  The Honor Roll Dinner takes place in the Cafeteria and celebrates students who have earned Honor Roll/Distinguished Honor Roll for the first 3 marking periods.  Invitations will be mailed.
   
• 8th Grade Trip - Thursday, June 5th
  The class trip is to Knoebels Amusement Park.  It is an exciting day for the class.  Trip details have been shared by team teachers.
   
• 8th Grade Awards - Monday, June 9th
  The 8th grade awards presentation takes place during the school day.  Parents of students receiving an award are invited to the event.  These invitations will be sent in the coming weeks.
