Message from IC's School Nurse
Indian Crest's new school nurse, Stephanie Parente, comes to us with many years of pediatric hospital experience. She is looking forward to taking care of your student at Indian Crest. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to her.
A few reminders…
- If you have a student in 6th grade, you will need to submit a completed physical form this school year.
- If you have a student in 7th grade, you will need to submit a completed dental form.
- 7th grade students will also need to be vaccinated for Tdap and MCV. If your student does not have these vaccines, they will be excluded from school beginning October 2nd.
- Please send the back-to-school emergency forms into school (English | Spanish). These forms give the nurse permission to treat your student with Tylenol or Ibuprofen while at school.
